How to obtain Translocated Gorger Mount in Patch 11.2 | The War Within Warcraft
How to Get the Translocated Gorgon Mount
Mount Source & Requirements:
The Translocated Gorgon mount is tied to an item called the Devoured Energy Pod.
You need to collect 20 Devoured Energy Pods to attract a devourer, which is believed to be the method for obtaining the mount.
The tooltip for the Devoured Energy Pod says: "Combine 20 Devoured Energy Pods to attract a devourer." This strongly suggests that after collecting 20, you will be able to summon and obtain the mount, likely with a 100% drop rate once you have all 20.
How to Obtain Devoured Energy Pods:
You can get 4 Devoured Energy Pods per week.
These pods are rewarded from completing Devourer Attack objectives in Tazesh.
Each week, there are four objectives:
Devoted Oasis
Devoted Echodome Primus
Devac Atrium
Devour Attack Tazesh
Each objective ends with a boss fight. The boss will always drop one Devoured Energy Pod.
The bosses are always the same for each objective (e.g., the snake boss always spawns in the Oasis, the spider in the Atrium, etc.).
Account Limitations:
The weekly cap is account-wide. Even if you do the objectives on alts, you will not get more than four pods per week per account.
This means it will take five weeks to collect all 20 pods needed for the mount.
Summary & Tips:
Collect 4 pods per week by completing all four Devourer Attack objectives.
After 5 weeks, you will have 20 pods and can combine them to summon the devourer and obtain the Translocated Gorgon mount.
The process is not affected by running the objectives on alts; the cap is per account, not per character.
The mount is expected to be a guaranteed reward once you have all 20 pods, though this will be confirmed once players start completing the process.
In Short:
Farm all four Devourer Attack objectives each week for five weeks, collect 20 Devoured Energy Pods, and then combine them to get the Translocated Gorgon mount. The process is time-gated but straightforward, with no RNG beyond the weekly lockout.
