Getting Started: Requirements

Before you embark on this cultural adventure, make sure you meet these requirements:

• Play as a Pandaren: Only Pandaren characters (any faction) can undertake this questline.

• Reach Level 50+: You must be at least level 50 to begin.

• Where to Start:

  • Horde Pandaren: Speak to Ji Firepaw in Orgrimmar.

  • Alliance Pandaren: Speak to Aysa Cloudsinger in Stormwind.

Pick up the first quest, Invitation to the Spirit Festival, from your faction’s Pandaren leader.

Questline Overview & Story Highlights

1. Kicking Off the Spirit Festival
You’ll join Li Li Stormstout and friends to revive the Spirit Festival—a Pandaren tradition honoring the legendary Liu Lang. But when you arrive, the festival grounds are oddly deserted.2. Splitting Paths: Rallying the Community

• Morning Breeze Village:
  Li Li’s brother Shisai is frantic—festival fireworks have vanished! Investigate the clues (fur, bananas), suspect the Hozen, and discover the real “culprits” were just playful Pandaren children. This ends with inviting the Hozen to the festivities.

• Dai-Lo Farmstead:
  Help Chen Stormstout and Chen Po entice the townsfolk with their brews, but you’ll also have to deal with pesky vermin threatening the harvest. Once the fields are safe, villagers sample brews and, despite their nostalgia for old flavors, are slowly won over.

3. Spirits Are Missing!
Li Li leads you to the Temple of Five Dawns, where the festival’s elemental spirits are absent. Track down and assist Dafeng, Shu, Wugou, and Huo—the ancient spirits—so the festival can truly begin.4. Remembering Family
Li Li wishes to honor her lost loved ones. Visit memorials for Strongbo (her mentor) and her mother, Xiu Li Stormstout. This touching segment lets Li Li and her family reflect and heal old wounds.5. Festival Finale
With everyone gathered, launch the fireworks to kick off a joyful celebration! Enjoy a cinematic featuring Lorewalker Cho riding Yu’lon, and see the Wandering Isle’s spirit restored.
