Will housing be available to everyone?

No. It is still only people that have purchased Midnight expansion.

What is coming and What is NOT coming

Around 23 new decors from vendors, encounters etc (Razorwind Shores and Founders Point not included).

What we do know is that there are loads of decors added into the vendors in the alliance (Founders Point) and horde (Razorwind Shores) neighborhoods.

No new ones added for pre patch, but there are loads in Midnight.

We will not have access to Blood Elf & Night Elf Houses in pre patch, based on what has been stated by Blizzard (we cannot enter housing in PTR).

Level 5 is max level.

You can bank your xp and reach higher numbers and then get those XP and levels when midnight goes live.

Midnight will have more levels added all the way to level 9.

Will be available in pre expansion patch.

This is the main way to gain experience for your house and remember that you can bank the XP as well.

Not fully clarified if this will be available in midnight pre-patch.
