Everything you need to know about Delver's Journey Season 1

Season 1 of Delver’s Journey is live, and with the Rank 4 cap lifted at the end of March 2026, you can now push all the way to Rank 10 on multiple characters right away. Bountiful Delves (Tier 11) are the main engine for upgrades, and every rank you earn gives meaningful power spikes—gear vendors, extra keys, better drop quality, and even temporary buffs inside the delves themselves.

This guide breaks down exactly what each rank unlocks, how the rewards scale, and the smart ways to progress without wasting time or missing out on limited weekly resources.

Core Rewards from Every T11 Bountiful Delve

No matter your rank, every completion hands out:

  • 250 Delve Completion currency

  • 125 Rare/Epic Nemesis Strongbox

  • 300 Bountiful Coffer

  • 400 Hidden Trove

On top of that, the weekly quest “A Gnawing Void of Curiosity” gives 1500 extra currency once per week (account-wide seasonal cap applies and rises by 28 each week).

These numbers are your baseline. The real juice comes from the rank-specific perks that multiply your haul.

Rank 3 – Sanctified Banners (The Hidden Jackpot Mechanic)

As soon as you hit Rank 3 you unlock the Treasure Hunter perk. Inside every Bountiful Delve, a glowing Sanctified Banner now has a chance to spawn in one of several fixed spots (no map marker—you have to know the layouts).

When you click it, one of three things happens:

  1. A hostile elite spawns immediately → defeat it for Grand Sanctified Spoils.

  2. You receive a strong temporary buff for the rest of the delve → Sanctified Spoils at the end.

  3. Nothing hostile, no buff → still get Sanctified Spoils.

Spoils Rewards (Tier 11)

  • Grand Sanctified Spoils: 120–130 Underc oin, 36 Voidlight Marl, crafting reagents, XP tea, and a decent chance at item-level 250 Champion 2/6 gear.

  • Sanctified Spoils: 120–130 Underc oin, 36 Voidlight Marl, smaller reagent/XP chances.

The banner can also apply powerful combat buffs (Holy Fervor, Sanctified Touch, Ward of Light, Holy Reinforcements, Light’s Judgement, etc.). These are instant, unlimited-range procs that give proc-based healing, absorbs, retribution damage, or Army of Light summons. They make tough pulls significantly smoother.

Rank 2 & Rank 4 – Gilded Stashes, Gilded Jackpot & Myth Dawnscrests

Rank 2

unlocks Gilded Stashes (up to 4 per week per character). These are the premium weekly chests that can drop Hero Dawnscrests (the best crest tier for upgrading gear).

Rank 4

unlocks the Gilded Jackpot, which also drops Myth Dawnscrests and gives you the Ancient Kaldorei Coffer decor from the delve vendor in Silvermoon City.

Ranks 5–10 – The Real Endgame Power Spikes

These are where Delver’s Journey turns from “nice bonus” into “mandatory gearing path.”

Rank 5 – Zah’ran Vendor for Bind-on-Pickup Veteran & Champion Gear Zah’ran now sells a huge variety of item-level 250 2/6 Champion pieces (and Veteran 237 2/6 / 246 1/6 pieces) for Underc oin. Every slot is available, but the exact item you want is completely random each delve. Expect to run 30–40+ completions to see the specific cloak, weapon, or trinket you need.

Costs:

  • 4000 Undercoin – 2H weapons, neck, trinkets, finger, head, chest, legs

  • 3000 – 1H caster weapons, feet, shoulders, hands

  • 2000 – 1H melee weapons, back, wrist, waist

  • 1000 – Shields, off-hands

Rank 6 – Two Relic Coffer Keys per Week

Buy up to two Relic Coffer Keys (2000 Undercoin each) from Naleidea Rivergleam in Silvermoon City every week. Both keys are character-specific and reset weekly—huge for alts.

Rank 7 – In-Delve Key Vendor

Inside the delve, talk to the toy “Midnight Delver’s Flare Gun” (summons Brann as a vendor with 1-hour cooldown). He sells the exact same keys as Naleidea, so you can grab one even if you forgot before starting the run.

Rank 8 – Warbound Champion Gear

In T9+ runs, random warbound Veteran gear is replaced by warbound 246 1/6 Champion drops. (Bountiful Coffer soulbound Champion pieces stay soulbound.)

Rank 9 – Zah’ran Now Sells Hero Gear + Drop Chance

Zah’ran offers two versions of every item:

  • 250 2/6 Champion (Underc oin)

  • 259 1/6 Hero (5 % of the Underc oin price + Untainted Mana-Crystals)

Bountiful Coffers in T11 now have a chance to drop the Hero version instead of Champion. You also start looting Mana-Crystals (weekly cap 250, personal carry cap 1000). Hero pieces require completing a T11 to purchase and show upgrade tracks only after that.

Rank 10 – 50 % More Coffer Key Shards Everywhere

Flat 50 % increase to shards from Pinnacle Caches, Prey, rare kills, world quests, etc. (150 from Pinnacle Caches, ~112 from Prey, 75 from rares/WQs, etc.). This is the “go all-in” rank for key farming.

Quick Progression Tips for Early April 2026

  • The Rank 4 cap is gone, so you can finish the entire Season 1 track in the first week of April if you run multiple characters.

  • Focus on your main first to unlock Gilded Stashes/Jackpot and Sanctified Banners quickly.

  • Use alts for the daily 4-delves limit to stack Bountiful Coffers and weekly quest rewards.

  • Keep an eye on Underc oin and Mana-Crystal caps—don’t overcap before you have the vendors unlocked.

  • Learn the common Sanctified Banner spawn locations so you don’t miss free buffs or Grand Spoils.

Delver’s Journey Season 1 is one of the most generous gearing systems we’ve seen. Hit the right ranks at the right time, manage your weekly caps, and you’ll be swimming in Champion and Hero pieces while your friends are still grinding normal content.

Get in there, light up those Sanctified Banners, and start stacking those Relic Coffer Keys—your best season yet is waiting inside the delves. Good luck, and see you in Silvermoon!
