Renown 11 Unlocks BIGGER TREASURES - K´areshi Trust Renown
If you’re diving into the Kesh zone and exploring the Caresh Trust Renown system in Patch 11.2, you’ve probably noticed the “treasure” rewards. But are these treasures actually worth the effort? Let’s break down what you get, how the system works, and some honest thoughts about its value.
Unlocking Treasures: How the System Works
Renown Level 4:
The first treasure-related unlock is the “It’s Bigger on the Inside” perk. Before you hit renown 4, you won’t see any treasures at all when you’re flying around Kesh—there’s nothing visible on your map or in the world. After Renown 4:
Treasures called Ethereal Pocket Storage start appearing. But don’t expect anything flashy—just a handful of basic currencies.
What Do the Treasures Actually Give?
At Renown 4:
Each treasure rewards you with about 5 Valis Stones or 10 Resonance Crystals.
That’s it. No rare loot, no huge surprises. At Renown 11:
You unlock the chance to find “bigger” treasures. But instead of exciting upgrades, the numbers are just doubled:10 Valis Stones
20 Resonance Crystals Sometimes you might also get a few gray items, worth a handful of silver or gold—nothing special.
Example loot from a “big” treasure: 4 gray items (62 silver each), 1 gold item, and 13 gold total. No rare procs or exciting drops observed so far.
Treasure Names & Phasing
Non-Phased Kesh:
Level 11 treasures are called Broker Exiqu.Phased Kesh:
The same treasures get new names, like Faced Lost Exquir, but rewards are identical—still around 10–15 Valis Stones.
Moudi’s Honest Take
Frankly, the treasure rewards in the Caresh Trust renown system areunderwhelming:
High Requirements, Low Payoff:
You need to grind to Renown 4 just to see basic treasures, and all the way to Renown 11 for “bigger” treasures that are just double the same stuff. No Unique or Exciting Rewards:
There are no stand-out items, mounts, pets, or collectibles—just currencies and vendor trash.Other Expansions Did It Better:
In previous expansions, treasures were available to everyone without needing to grind renown, and sometimes included unique or fun rewards.
It feels like content that used to be open to all has now simply been put behind a renown wall, without any extra creativity or incentive.
Final Thoughts
Blizzard seems to have missed an opportunity here. Players expect that if you put something behind a renown grind, it should be worth the effort! Instead, Kesh treasures in Patch 11.2 are basic, repetitive, and lack any real excitement. If you’re grinding Caresh Trust renown just for the treasure unlocks, temper your expectations—the real value may lie elsewhere in the system. If you’ve found any hidden gems or rare drops from these treasures, let me know in the comments! Otherwise, keep grinding, and let’s hope future updates bring more meaningful rewards.
