Unlock Power & Content with the NEW Artifact Cloak - Reshii Wraps - System Overview - 11.2

Welcome, adventurers! Patch 11.2 has introduced one of the most important items you’ll need: the Artifact Cloak. In this guide, I’ll walk you through how to get it, upgrade it, and make the most of its powerful abilities—whether you’re a new player or a returning veteran.

Why the Artifact Cloak is Essential

The Artifact Cloak isn’t just another back slot item—it’s amust-have to survive and participate in the new raid. Ordinary gear won’t cut it; without this cloak, your character literally can’t withstand the hostile environment inside. Think of it as your pass and your protection for the latest endgame content.

Artifact Cloak Basics

  • Starting Item Level: 694

  • Upgradeable To: 730

  • Powerful Socket: You can add a special fiber gem for extra secondary stats (Versatility, Mastery, Crit, or Haste).

Getting the Gems

  • Base Gems: Buy from the vendor at Overlook.

  • Upgraded Gems: Crafted by Tailors and offer superior stats.

How to Get Your Cloak

  1. Progress the Storyline: After you finish Chapter 3, you’ll unlock the quest that leads you to the Artifact Cloak. NPCs at Overlook will guide you—just follow the main story.

  2. Meet the Vendors: The NPC Hashim at Overlook is your main contact for the cloak and its upgrades.

Artifact Cloak Talent System

The cloak features atalent system—a set of five unlockable tiers that grant both power and utility. Here’s how it works:

  • Tier 1: The real power! The cloak adapts to your role (Healer, DPS, or Tank), boosting your primary function. The higher your cloak’s item level, the stronger the bonus.

  • Tier 2: Unlocks the ability to find special rooms in Delves and interact with portals. You’ll also have a chance for weapon transmogs from special orbs.

  • Tier 3: Lets you mount inside “face diving” content—a huge quality-of-life improvement!

  • Tier 4: Reveals hidden treasures during face diving, including exclusive weapon transmogs.

  • Tier 5: Unlocks cosmetic appearances for your cloak, shoulders, and headpiece.

Important:You can only unlock a limited number of tiers each week (time-gated). Typically, you can access the first two tiers in Week 1, with more opening weekly.

Upgrading Your Cloak

  • Unlock More Tiers: Each tier requires 3 “strands” (special points) to activate.

  • How to Get Strands:

    • Weekly Quest: “Warrants” in Tazavvesh.

    • Delves: Completing Delve level 4 or higher guarantees you a strand.

    • Potentially Dungeons/Raids: It’s likely strands will drop here too, though this may change.

Tip:Each strand you invest increases both the item level and power of your cloak.

Artifact Cloak for Alts

Worried about leveling alts? Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Unlock Kesh Zone: Enter with your alt and talk to Locus Walker in Foundation Hall to start the skip.

  2. Complete the Opening Quest: Then speak to Omen for the skip dialogue.

  3. Go to Overlook Zosu: This is where you pick up your cloak for your alt.

  4. Talk to Hashim: He’ll give you a new set of wraps (your cloak).

  5. Buy Base Gems: If you want, you can grab the basic gems from the vendor right there.

Note:Without the cloak, your alt can’t access portals, face dive, or even enter the new raid!

Gems: Vendor vs. Tailor

  • Vendor Gems: Basic, easy to get.

  • Tailor-Crafted Gems: Once your cloak hits item level 701 (Tier 2), tailor gems give +139 more secondary stats than vendor gems—a big upgrade!

Quick Recap

  • Get your Artifact Cloak after Chapter 3.

  • Upgrade it by earning and spending strands.

  • Unlock powerful talents each week.

  • Use tailor-crafted gems for the best stats.

  • Don’t forget your alts—repeat the steps to get them ready for endgame!
